Beth Bucklin
Vice President, Commercial Escrow
Beth Bucklin has been with First Nebraska Title from its formation. Prior to that Beth started in the title business in 1979 with Chicago Title Insurance Company. It later became Metro Title & Escrow Co. where she was the manager of the Sarpy County office. She became a Commercial Escrow Agent with Security Land Title in 1994. As senior commercial escrow officer for First Nebraska Title Beth brings extensive commercial escrow experience. She is a member of the Nebraska Land Title Association and is a licensed title agent for the state of Nebraska.
Nick A. Henderson
President
Prior to joining the company in 2004, Nick Henderson was a partner in the Washington, D.C., real estate group of Sidley Austin LLP. He has nearly 20 years of commercial real estate experience, with particular emphasis on representing national lenders in connection with mortgage originations for commercial mortgage-backed securitization, permanent loans, construction and mezzanine financing. Henderson is a member of the board of governors for the Nebraska Land Title Association and is a licensed member of the state bar associations of Nebraska, Maryland and the District of Columbia. He is co-author of How to Negotiate and Draft Hotel Contracts, The Practical Real Estate Lawyer , Vol. 13, No. 5, September 1997. He also serves on the board of directors for the Methodist Hospital Foundation. Henderson received his J.D. from the American University Washington College of Law and a B.A. from Creighton University.
Jack (J.M.) Hosking
Chairman and Founder
Jack Hosking has a long and rich history in the Omaha title industry, having begun his career in 1970 at a local firm. A year later, he joined the local office of a national title insurance company, becoming a vice president and manager of the office; he left in 1981 to form his first venture in the title insurance industry. Hosking ultimately sold that company in 1988 and became executive vice president of the acquirer, serving until his departure in 1995. He is a member of the board of directors of the Iowa Mortgage Association and is a licensed Nebraska real estate broker. He holds a B.A. from the University of Denver.
Julie Hudkins
Vice President, Director of Marketing
Julie Hudkins began her career in the banking and lending industry in 1993, working as a residential escrow closer with Commercial Federal Bank until 1998. That year, she became the escrow supervisor and later vice president for the wholly owned subsidiary Tower Title Company. Hudkins has worked exclusively in the title industry for the past 10 years, most recently as president of a local title company in Omaha. She joined the staff of First Nebraska Title Company of Lincoln in 2007 as vice president and director of marketing in charge of sales for the Omaha and Lincoln markets. Hudkins holds a B.S. in marketing from the University of Nebraska.
Tom Low
Title Production Manager
Tom Low started his career in the title insurance industry in 1994 after spending 20 years active duty in the U.S. Navy where he retired as a Master Chief Petty Officer. His first assignment led him to manage title insurance production of most counties in Eastern Nebraska and Western Iowa for Classic Title Company. He was hired by Security Land Title in 1997 and searched commercial real estate for two years before turning his efforts over as their Director of Marketing for 3 years. In 2004 he managed Security's branch office in Sarpy County until he was promoted to their Residential Title Manager in 2006. He has since worked as the Commercial Title Manager for CRESTE Title and also a Claims Administrator and Legal Assistant Team Lead for Fidelity National Title. Tom has been with First Nebraska Title since December 2009 where he serves as Title Production Manager. He holds a Nebraska Title Insurance Producers License and Abstracters License.
Kent Radke
President of Lincoln Division
Kent Radke began his career as associate general counsel for First Federal Bank of Lincoln, now known as TierOne Bank. He worked in that post for 15 years before going into legal private practice in 1990. Radke specialized in real estate within his law practice until 2002, when he began his career in the title industry. He joined the staff of First Nebraska Title of Lincoln in 2007 as president in charge of all operations for Lincoln and surrounding communities. He received his J.D. from the University of Nebraska College of Law.
Marcy Wagner
Vice President
Marcy Wagner is the Manager of First Nebraska Title Company in Plattsmouth. Marcy began her title career with Spence Title Services in 1991 as a title examiner. She then worked as a legal assistant for 2 years where she created and updated abstracts of title. Marcy returned to the title industry working for Nebraska Land Title & Abstract Co. as Office Manager and Underwriter. She joined First Nebraska Title Company in 1997 making this year her 11th year on staff. Marcy oversees all operations for the Iowa Division, servicing the entire state of Iowa, and Plattsmouth, Nebraska City and surrounding communities in Nebraska.
Marcy is a licensed title agent and abstractor for the State of Nebraska and has served on the Education Committee for the Nebraska Land Title Association since 2004.
